Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program required.
• California Physician Assistant License in good standing required.
• Current California DEA licensure is required and maintained.
• Board Certification (NCCPA) or board eligible within 12 months of hire.

• Provide organizational leadership for APP practice standards and competency frameworks.
• Lead advanced practice education, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between APPs and Medical Leadership to align priorities.
