- Master's-level preparation in advanced practice leadership and clinical care strategies.
- Experience directing, budgeting, and evaluating advanced practice provider programs.
Aufgaben
- Lead APP programs across neuroscience departments and settings.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop APPs including NPs, PAs, CNS, CNM, and CRNA.
- Develop and monitor budgets; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and admin leaders to optimize care models.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning and performance management.
- Provide clinical leadership and participate in emergency response as needed.
