• Lead CAP leadership team and staffing models.
• Oversee APP productivity and utilization guidelines.
• Oversee credentialing and privileging processes for APPs.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
