Honeywell Aerospace is looking for a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to drive manufacturing strategies that advance innovation and operational excellence across aerospace platforms. You will oversee a talented group of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve productivity, and deliver cost efficiencies.

Based in Minneapolis, MN, you will report to the Senior Engineering Director of the Navigation and Sensors Network and lead initiatives

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years of aerospace manufacturing engineering and/or project engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing and/or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives.
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
