Job summary

The Brien Center seeks a Clinical Lead to oversee clinical staff, documentation, and supervision of program site supervisors and licensed professionals, ensuring ACCS participants live as independently as possible in a safe, dignified environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with DMH and licensing regulations, coordinating treatment planning, supervising staff, overseeing facilities and scheduling, and maintaining community partnerships to support integration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in license eligible field.
• Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, or LCSW).
• 2 years’ experience in a clinical or residential setting.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience in residential programming with similar population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical staff, documentation, and supervision of program site supervisors and Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHAs).
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Coordinates treatment planning with DMH and related entities.
• Trains staff in Evidence Based Practice and conducts risk assessments.
• Manages facilities operations, scheduling, and overtime reporting.
• Leads clinical caseload as the interdisciplinary team lead and coordinates with community programs.
