This senior leadership role involves redefining how training and change adoption are executed, through AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in adoption, change management, and large-scale transformations, with a strong grasp of ServiceNow and related technologies. Qualifications

• 10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership roles.
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow workflow platform.
• Deep experience supporting large-scale technology or platform transformations.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital adoption, behavioral change, and value realization concepts.
• Experience leveraging or designing AI-enabled delivery models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the Adoption Consulting strategy.
• Serve as executive advisor on adoption and behavior change.
• Own the design of AI-powered training and enablement pipelines.
• Define adoption indicators aligned to ServiceNow KPIs.
• Lead a high-impact team of adoption specialists.
