Qualifications

• Senior administrative level with governance, accountability, and implementation responsibilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured implementation with clear ownership and milestones.
• Experience moving cross-boundary work forward in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into coordinated administrative plans, priorities, and outcomes.
• Lead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, Operations and other supported functions.
• Identify dependencies and cross-functional issues needing School-level coordination.
• Ensure ownership, accountability, milestones, and follow-through on initiatives.
• Represent the Associate Dean for Administration when delegated.
