Job summary

Qualifications

• State licensure with independent practice eligibility strongly preferred; CPR and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical department operations and care quality.
• Supervise clinical staff and coordinate treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Lead psychosocial assessments, groups, family therapies, and treatment plan reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation, and clinical care standards.
• Coordinate community relations and program development efforts.
