Ladders is seeking an Associate Actuarial Director to join our Healthcare analytics team in a remote US-based role. You will shape actuarial analyses for cost management, predictive modeling, and financial planning while mentoring talent and strengthening modeling discipline across the team.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate complex data into actionable insights, lead modeling discussions, and guide cross-functional collaboration to inform strategic decisions in healthcare programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; ASA or FSA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in actuarial science, data science, or predictive analytics.
• Experience with Medical and/or Pharmacy claims data.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Actuarial Director - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help shape actuarial analysis that informs healthcare cost management, predictive modeling, and financial planning. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. In addition, this leader will mentor actuarial talent and help strengthen modeling discipline across the team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually

Responsibilities
