Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking experienced program and acquisition management professionals to manage cost, schedule and performance for DoD acquisitions from commercial, industrial and military perspectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating responses, using ETMS2/SMART/DAMIR tools, assembling Staff Summary Sheets, and briefing leadership across DX levels. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and an active security clearance, with salary range $70,000–$90,000 per year DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including two years supporting a space-related program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Active Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders.
• Interact with Air Force and DoD tools such as ETMS2, SMART, and DAMIR to initiate, track and close out tasks at various levels.
• Effectively utilize planning, budgeting, and programming skills to support Air Force Acquisitions.
• Daily review, analysis, and dissemination of tasks.
• Use ETMS2 and e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks.
• Update tasker database for leadership daily.
• Assemble and provide instruction on Staff Summary Sheet (SSS) packages.
• Communicate with leadership at System Delta, Directorate, MAJCOM, AF, and DoD levels.
• Prepare briefing slides for weekly leadership and IPT meetings.
• Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables.
• Other duties as directed by leadership.
