Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Director for Accreditation and Program Quality to lead accreditation projects and continuous quality improvement for the Bitonte College of Dentistry. The role partners with college leadership to ensure CODA standards are met and CQI processes are implemented on campus and in affiliate sites where students rotate.

The Director will manage data collection, reporting, and communications with accrediting bodies, while overseeing site visits

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, business, or other relevant field.
• Experience in higher education administration and accreditation processes is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for accreditation, CQI, and other initiatives.
• Coordinate communications with accrediting bodies on behalf of the Dean and leadership.
• Develop and maintain an archiving system for accreditation documents.
• Assist college leadership with accreditation processes and CQI alignment.
• Coordinate data collection across college and partner sites for reporting to accrediting bodies.
• Lead site visit planning and operations for accreditation site visits.
• Map accreditation standards to assessment tools and report CODA data.
• Support new program development related to accreditation.
• Develop methodologies to report CODA data for annual accreditation.
