Job summary

NEOMED in Rootstown Township, OH, seeks a Curriculum Manager to oversee planning, implementation, review and assessment of the College's curriculum within the Department of COM Medical Education.

The role supervises a curriculum team, ensures quality improvement, aligns with credentialing, and supports course directors in development and delivery of materials. Strong organizational and leadership skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, allied health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in medical education, higher education or health-related field.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with curriculum and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, review and assess components of the College's curriculum.
• Supervise a curriculum team; manage course assignments and curriculum projects.
• Oversee online Learning Management System, course scheduling and documents.
• Monitor adherence to curricular policies; implement curricular improvements.
• Support course directors in design, development and delivery of curriculum materials.
• Attend credentialing committee meetings and coordinate with sites and students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
