Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute a multi-year access strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Serve as senior access leader and advisor to executive and physician leadership.
• Monitor and improve key access metrics: wait times, third-next available, no-shows, referrals, satisfaction.
• Lead efforts to improve access equity and reduce barriers to care across patient populations.
• Oversee centralized Access Center: scheduling, referrals, patient communications, care navigation.
• Drive telephony, omnichannel, Epic scheduling implementations and optimization.
