Saint Luke’s East Hospital seeks a Supervisor for Patient Access to manage daily operations, staffing, and quality metrics. You will train and coach staff, hire and evaluate team members, and ensure patient flow aligns with policy and budget.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of hospital or physician revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Experience in patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, claims, denials or payment posting is valued.
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate staff are required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience may substitute for some qualifications.

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations and ensure quality standards.
• Train, coach, hire, and evaluate staff to maintain adequate staffing.
• Plan work schedules and job duties; supervise housekeeping staff as needed.
• Monitor budgets, report monthly goals, and support process improvements.
