Job summary

Paradigm Health in the United States is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to own and expand AMC partnerships. This role is critical to transforming foundational relationships into deep, enterprise-level collaborations that scale our clinical research platform.

You will align sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams, manage partnerships post-acquisition, and serve as a senior external-facing representative driving adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare technology, or customer success.
• Strong stakeholder management in multi-site environments.
• Background in program/project management and cross-functional execution.
• Prior people management experience and ability to scale teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent work in ambiguity.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand AMC partnerships post-acquisition, deepening relationships.
• Build and manage relationships across senior stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation.
• Lead partnership operations, including performance tracking and reporting.
