Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare business development or strategic sales experience.
• Demonstrated success selling complex healthcare solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding revenue growth targets.
• Experience leading long-cycle, enterprise-level healthcare sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and value-based care programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and new client acquisition.
• Identify and cultivate high-value opportunities across targeted healthcare markets, including PACE, managed care, health systems, provider organizations.
• Lead enterprise sales opportunities from initial prospecting through contract execution and implementation handoff.
• Partner with marketing, operations, implementation, clinical, product, and executive teams to develop client-centric solutions and value propositions.
