Job summary

Societe Generale's Distribution and Credit Solutions (DCS) Securitization team in the Americas seeks a Director-level banker to originate and execute ABS transactions across data center, aviation, rail car and other esoteric asset classes. You will join a public securitization franchise and work closely with the group head to drive strategy and client coverage.

The role requires a strong ABS track record, the ability to coordinate with rating agencies, legal and accounting teams, and to lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ABS experience.
• Experience across asset classes with focus on data centers, aviation and other esoterics.
• Experience creating rating agency presentations and coordinating with rating agency, legal and accounting teams.
• Experience generating ideas and creating client pitch books.
• Experience organizing investor roadshows.
• Strong presentation skills for clients and ABS investors.
• Collaborative team player and self-starter.
• Hard working with strong interpersonal, communication and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute ABS transactions in data center, aviation, rail car and other esoteric asset classes.
• Join and contribute to an established public ABS securitization team core to the bank’s franchise.
• Expand the bank’s ABS client base across the US, Europe and Asia.
• Work with the group head to originate business and shape strategy with sector financing teams across regions.
