Societe Generale SA in the Americas' DCS Securitization team seeks a Director-level banker to originate and execute ABS transactions across data center, aircraft, rail car and other esoteric asset classes.

You will work closely with the group head and sector financing teams in the US, Europe and Asia, helping shape strategy and drive client origination within a well-established securitized products franchise.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of ABS experience.
• ABS deal execution across asset classes with focus on data centers, aviation and other esoterics.
• Experience creating rating agency presentations and working with rating agency, legal and accounting teams.
• Generating ideas and creating pitch books for clients.
• Experience in organizing and conducting investor roadshow meetings.
• Strong presentation skills for interacting with clients, rating agency analysts and ABS investors.
• Collaborative team player as well as self-starter.
• Hard working with strong interpersonal, communication and quantitative skills.

Implement the strategy of further expanding the breadth of the bank’s well-established ABS client base, particularly in the data center, aviation, rail car and other developing ABS sectors. Work very closely with the group head and is expected to be a vital senior member of the team working to originate business as well as help formulate, direct and execute business strategy, connecting with the relevant sector financing teams in the US as well as in Europe and Asia.
