Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Director of Pharmacy - 340B Program to lead system-wide 340B strategy, compliance, and operations. This role oversees audits, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across three regions and multiple sites.

You will manage budgets, drive revenue cycle initiatives, and develop a high-performing team of about 10 professionals, with no hybrid/remote work options. Colorado license required; JD acceptable with CO Bar.

Qualifications

• PharmD and active Pharmacist license in CO OR JD and current admission to the CO Bar.
• MHA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a 340B Pharmacy Manager role or above with expertise in 340B compliance and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-wide 340B program strategy, plans, and compliance standards.
• Lead assessments of program needs, workflow planning, and quality/risk evaluations.
• Ensure ongoing 340B compliance with federal/state requirements across regions.
• Support Authorizing Officials with annual qualification requirements and CMS/HCPF policy changes.
• Direct 340B audits from planning to resolution and remediation.
