Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacy – 340B to provide system-level leadership for the 340B program, ensuring alignment with clinical pharmacy, patient access, and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with regional leaders to integrate 340B operations across hospital, clinic, specialty, contract pharmacy, and pharmacotherapy clinics, while driving financial performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy)
• Master’s degree (MPH, MBA, MHA or related) preferred
• California Pharmacist Registered required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide 340B strategy, governance, and program expansion.
• Establish system-wide 340B policies, standards, and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee 340B financial reporting, savings analytics, and audits.
• Partner with clinical leadership to integrate 340B across hospital, clinic, specialty, and pharmacotherapy clinics.
