Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College of Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Master's Degree preferred (MPH, MBA, MHA or related field).
• California Pharmacist Registered (Vendor Managed) required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for 340B program governance, strategy, and financial performance.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and program expansion with HRSA readiness.
• Integrate 340B operations with clinical pharmacy services and patient access.
• Lead vendor governance, technology platforms, and cross-functional collaboration.
