Job summary

Accord is seeking a Director to provide direct leadership over 245D-licensed programs including Employment, Day Support, and Family Support. You will develop and supervise managers, ensure licensing compliance, and oversee program budgets and funding relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in human services with supervisory experience, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with EHR and analytics tools. Local travel is expected, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant human services field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• If you hold a Social Work degree, you are licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accord's 245D programs and ensure licensing compliance.
• Develop budget and fiscal oversight for assigned programs.
• Manage a high‑performing leadership team and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Quality & Training and Human Capital to align training and staffing.
• Travel locally as needed for program leadership duties.
