CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations Team to scale delivery as our fleet grows. You will build a 24/7 team, socialize processes for provisioning, validating and troubleshooting nodes, and push for event-driven remediation.

You will mentor engineers, champion reliability, and partner with cross-functional peers and senior leadership to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in software or infrastructure engineering, with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Background in SRE fundamentals, incident management, blameless culture, observability and change management.
• Advocate for automation and cross-team processes to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a 24/7 team of reliability- and observability-focused engineers.
• Socialize and document clear provisioning, validating and troubleshooting processes.
• Drive automation improvements prioritizing event-driven remediation.
• Provide a 24/7 engineering support function for high-criticality node delivery and maintenance.
• Lead onboarding, documentation, enablement and performance management initiatives.
• Shape team culture and communications to support CoreWeave and peers.
