Qualifications

• Seven or more years in software or infrastructure engineering, with at least two in a leadership role.
• Background includes SRE fundamentals, incident management, blameless culture, observability, and change management.
• Believes in automation and champions practices that drive reliability and cross-team tooling adoption.
• Enjoys helping others grow and extending influence to partners, peers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a 24/7 team of reliability and observability engineers.
• Socialize and document clear processes for provisioning, validating and troubleshooting nodes.
• Drive automation and event-driven remediation as the end goal.
• Provide a 24/7 engineering support function for high-criticality node delivery and maintenance.
• Drive onboarding, documentation, enablement, and performance management for team growth.
• Shape the culture and scoring for how the team communicates and supports the rest of CoreWeave.
