Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Center Director to lead a childcare center, oversee staff, operations, and family engagement in a warm, educational environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, licensing compliance, program quality, and community partnerships, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits. We offer tuition reimbursement and our Master Teacher Program to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assist with curriculum implementation including coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.


• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation range: starting at $76,000 based on position, education, and experience


• Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
