Job summary

Learning Care Group in Maryland is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, guide staff, and nurture growth for children and families.

This role offers a starting salary of $61,500 with bi-weekly and daily pay options, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and generous childcare discounts, plus tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
• Assist with curriculum implementation, coaching, and communicating standards with teachers.
• Be an expert by ensuring the school operates in line with licensing standards and community partnerships.

As a Director, you will:

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $61,500 starting salary based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
