Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Center Director to lead daily operations, nurture a warm, engaging school environment, and keep parents informed and engaged. You will drive educational outcomes and oversee staff to deliver high-quality care.

The Director will promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, align with state licensing, and collaborate with teachers to implement curricula while maintaining open communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans; coach and align teachers with curriculum standards.
• Be an expert by ensuring licensing standards are met and promoting positive partnerships with the community.
• Be an innovator by inspiring imagination, building self-esteem, and guiding children in a caring, safe environment.

In a Center Director, we look for committed individuals who want to have a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all school operations. As a Director, you will:

• Be a leader! Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assists with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $70,000-$80,000/salary based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
