Konrad Group of Primrose Schools seeks an Executive Director in Texas to lead a preschool, develop a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding experiences for children and families. You will drive enrollment, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and partner with Curriculum and Admissions to reach school goals.

You will build a strong school culture, coach leaders, and manage staffing, budgets, and operations while upholding Primrose Balanced Learning standards and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in early childhood education.
• Experience directing a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Understanding of Texas childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop a large team.

What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you will oversee the overall success of the school while developing a leadership team capable of driving results.

You will:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members
• Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees
• Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families
• Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses
• Partner with the Curriculum and Admissions teams to achieve school goals
• Maintain high standards for classroom quality and implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach
• Build relationships within the local community
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
• Identify challenges early and develop solutions rather than simply reacting to problems
