Chick-fil-A Palestine is seeking a Director to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and work with the Franchise Owner to ensure financial and operational targets are met.

In this role you’ll uphold Chick-fil-A’s mission and core values, foster a positive guest experience, and develop strategies to grow the business while maintaining exceptional service and quality standards.

This leadership role involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staffing and training to financial management and maintaining operational efficiency. The Director will report to the Franchise Owner/Operator and play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining our mission and core values.
