JDS Fiber Inc. seeks a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee underground utility construction crews performing directional drilling, conduit installation, trenching, and fiber optic work. This role ensures projects stay on schedule while maintaining safety standards.

The supervisor will coach foremen, coordinate manpower and equipment, review plans and permits, and drive on-site quality and timely project completion. Strong leadership and communication with customers are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Ensure safety processes and PPE compliance across jobsites.
Review project plans, permits, and utilities locates; coordinate with customers and inspectors.
Coach foremen and crew members; conduct performance evaluations.
