Position: Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros

Our professionals provide expert installation and services, delivering the highest level of customer service. Customers rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind.

Responsibilities:

1. Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
3. Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
5. Create solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Control your income by offering opportunities for additional product and service purchases.
9. Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field service experience is helpful; technical backgrounds such as construction or electrical experience are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in attics and confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including site safety analysis.
