Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to consumers and retail partners.
• Promptly assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to streamline purchasing.
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Maintain professional communications and document interactions in the support system.
• Coordinate routing activities and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
