Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company in Red Wing, MN is seeking a Direct to Consumer Specialist for a 12-week, full-time temporary assignment. You will deliver exceptional customer service to retail partners and consumers, handle basic inquiries, process orders, and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support after appropriate routing.

The ideal candidate has an AA degree or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Prior experience in customer service is required.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional WOW experience to consumers through friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
Assist customers promptly with inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
Process and manage customer orders accurately to streamline purchasing.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to Level 2 support when needed.
Maintain product knowledge to provide expert guidance and uphold professionalism in all communications.
Document interactions and track activity in the support system for follow-up.
