Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a customer-focused professional to support Industrial Team and Retail partners from a fully remote location with infrequent travel to Red Wing, MN. You will help manage accounts, set up programs, and resolve inquiries while ensuring accurate records across systems.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, supporting onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or related roles.
• Experience handling inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Experience managing detailed information across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable experience through timely, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
• Assist Industrial Team with account setup, program setup, changes, investigations, and communication.
• Collaborate to onboard new accounts smoothly.
• Coordinate with Red Wing for Business on changes to ensure system consistency and resolve disputes.
• Assist retailers with business advantage account questions and support e-commerce orders.
