Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive new business growth in the New York market for out-of-home advertising. You will prospect, pitch, and close deals directly with clients, building long-term relationships and expanding campaigns across the NYC area.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus commission, with benefits including health/dental/vision, a potential bonus, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in selling OOH advertising directly to clients.
• Track record of prospecting, pitching and closing ad deals.
• Strong new-business development and hunter mentality.
• Based within commuting distance to NYC and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• New Business & Revenue Growth: identify, prospect, and win new clients in the NY market.
• Advertising Campaigns & Client Solutions: create proposals, campaigns, and activations for clients.
• Client Relationships & Account Growth: build relationships and drive retention and growth.
• Networking & Market Development: establish presence in the NY business community and attend industry events.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: manage opportunities and forecasting in the CRM.
