Primary Activities/Duties:

• Ensure labor and materials are present to meet schedule attainment.
• Ensure a quality product is assembled and packaged according to customer specifications and standards.
• Meet/exceed all targets for Quality, Productivity, Uptime, On-Time Delivery and Cost.
• Perform work content at every station per work instruction and takt time.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment following 5S principles.
• Oversee cross training of assembly line workers; keep training matrix up-to-date.
• Track daily attendance & complete time sheets.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve a World Class manufacturing environment through implementation of Rittal Production System (RPS).
• Interface with quality, engineering, buyer/planner to help resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with internal suppliers (paint, fab) to resolve production issues.
• Participate actively in improving assembly operations; develop new ideas or methods to improve efficiency.
• Engage with peers, supervisors, and management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Knowledge & Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; prior assembly knowledge required.
• Familiarity with basic 5S concepts.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with high initiative and minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
