Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead a team in Bucks County, overseeing residential homes and supervising Direct Support Professionals.

You will participate in interviewing, hiring, and training, and ensure staff meet required certifications and training. The role includes on-call coverage, performance reviews, and supporting individuals to achieve personal outcomes through ISPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED; health-related Associate degree or 2 years’ health-related experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or more employees; interview, hire, train, plan, assign and direct work.
• Oversee residential homes/facilities; monitor performance and resolve employee issues.
• Provide after-hours/on-call coverage as part of rotation; ensure clean and safe homes and grounds.
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals per an Individual Support Plan.
