RHA Health Services is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor in Salisbury, North Carolina. The role is a regular full-time position overseeing two or more Direct Support Employees, coordinating daily activities and ensuring quality supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

You will interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff, coordinate on-call coverage, and support the implementation of Individual Support Plans to help people achieve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in health-related area preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability; CPR after certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervise two or more employees in residential settings.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Maintain assigned time in the residential home/facility and conduct performance reviews.
