Qualifications

• Minimum personal vehicle coverage of $100,000 each person and $300,000 each accident.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical with a drug and alcohol screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing new referrals and facilitating admissions.
• Write annual assessments and manage client documentation.
• Participate in hiring and training direct support staff.
• Manage client funds and Medicaid benefits.
• Ensure clients are scheduled for medical appointments.
