Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP will help with daily living tasks, attend appointments, and encourage community participation in a highly behavioral program.

The role offers a part-time schedule (Fri 11p-9a, Sat 11p-9a, 20 hours) with paid training and a sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $19 per hour, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping and personal care.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community activities.
• Support participation in outings and community events.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans as required.
• Administer medications and follow safety and program guidelines.
