Job summary

Venture Community Services in Webster, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and development disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, appointments, shopping, meals, personal care, and community involvement, ensuring dignity and independence.

This full-time 32-hour schedule offers pay at $17.50–$19 per hour with paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff ($500 for part-time).

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal care.
• Accompany to medical appointments, banking, community outings, and activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
