Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults with disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, community involvement, and adherence to support plans in a dedicated team environment.

The role offers paid training, a set schedule, and a competitive hourly rate with a sign-on bonus. It requires a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and fluent English for effective communication.
