The DSP supports daily living activities, accompanies clients to medical appointments, and helps them participate in the community with compassion and respect.

New pay rate and paid training accompany this role, with a 1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and 500 for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Commitment to assisting people with disabilities in daily life.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to varying needs.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with ID/DD to participate in daily activities.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, shopping, and personal care.
• Follow Individual Support Plans and safety guidelines.
