• Assists clients in basic living skills and daily tasks (showering, dressing, housekeeping, meal prep, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments; valid AR driver's license required.
• Maintain communication and documentation in logs, reports, and forms.
• Complete required documentation (behavioral reports, incident reports, care sheets, logs, etc.).
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Organize and lead recreational activities for clients.
• Adhere to dress code and professional appearance; model appropriate behavior.
• Assist in facility/vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Participate in training and continuous education.
