Job summary

Chimes, a mission-driven nonprofit, seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity, independence, and confidence in a caring, team-focused environment.

You’ll provide hands-on support, assist with daily living skills, and follow individualized care plans, including medication administration. Some roles may require travel between residential and day programs. Paid training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving record requirements: 3 years unsuspended with ≤3 points or 2 years unsuspended with clean record.
