Traditional Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for part-time shifts in Wilkes-Barre, PA and Dallas, PA. The role focuses on non-medical one-on-one support for individuals with IDD, autism, and mental health needs. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, safety, light housekeeping, and helping clients meet personal goals. EVV/mobile device usage is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Engage in appropriate communication with individuals and families.
• Perform light housekeeping and chores as needed.
• Ensure a safe environment and teach basic safety skills.
