Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals in East Stroudsburg, PA to provide one-on-one, non-medical support for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. Positions include part-time and full-time options with weekday, weekend, and evening shifts.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and prior DSP experience. EVV/mobile device usage and reliable internet are required to log visits and hours, with weekly pay and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Companionship.
• Appropriate communication/social skills.
• Light housekeeping and chores.
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills.
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes.
• Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.).
