Traditional Home Care in northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, EVV compliance via mobile devices, training provided, weekly pay, and opportunities to work near home in Honesdale, Hawley, and Carbondale.

Shift options include weekdays, weekends, day and night hours, with full-time and part-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Appropriate communication/social skilled
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)
