As a DSP, you will support daily living, skill development, and community participation, while prioritizing safety and adherence to care plans. The role emphasizes person-centered care, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support based on each person’s unique needs.
• Support skill development aligned with PCP/ISP.
• Foster community engagement and social connections for individuals.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental ADLs as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean living environments and follow care plans.
