Job summary

Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, documentation, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency diploma required.
• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental or other behavioral health disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals you support.
• Assist with daily living activities and building community connections.
• Administer medications as directed and support medical appointments.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility aids to ensure safety.
• Implement strategies to support behaviors respectfully and promote independence.
• Plan and participate in recreational, educational, and social activities and document progress.
